Best known for her iconic role in the 1958 film South Pacific, Gaynor was also acclaimed for her Las Vegas performances and television specials throughout her extensive career.

A true pioneer in the entertainment industry, she famously headlined The Ed Sullivan Show in 1964, achieving greater ratings than even The Beatles.
